~Why book an appointment?

We believe every woman deserves and needs private attnetion to find her correct undergarments. We keep the door locked outside of browsing hours to ensure privacy and comfort for clients. 

~Is there a fitting fee?

For a new-client bra fit (60-90 min), there is a minimum purchase requirement of 1 bra at any price. All other fittings are free without a purchasing minimum. If you only want a bra fitting and do not wish to purchase a bra, it is a $50 fee for the fitting. We highly suggest booking an appointment when you are ready to purchase, as we would much rather give you an amazing bra, instead of charging you $50. 

~What is the price range for your items?

Bra:              $50-145        average $75

Panties:         $15-$60        average $35

Swimwear:     $100-$200     average $150

Sleepwear:     $50-$150       average $85

~Will you have the right size/style for me?

If you would like to drop by to see our selection, visit during Browsing Hours (see booking or services page). We have fit every woman who has walked through our door as we carry 4,500 bras in stock and can special order thousands more. We also carry 70% more sizes than an average American department store, so finding your size is very easy. Quality styles from t-shirt bras, french lace sets, wireless, strapless, sports, maternity/nursing, panties, swimwear, sleepwear and more! If you do not find what you are looking for within the first 20 minutes of the fitting, you can leave without the minimum purchase.  

~What do I do if my bra isn't feeling right for the first few wears?

Most issues in the beginning of a bra's life are "break-in" related, just as you break-in shoes. Please call us if you would like more instructions or if you have a specific question. We want to hear if the bra is uncomfortable. Many times it is a small tweak of the strap, band or just a wash that will make it feel much more comfortable. We care about your satisfaction with your purchase, so please do not hesitate to contact us! 

~What is your return policy?

Because of the intimate nature of our products, we keep a strict policy of 14 days, unworn with tags attached for store credit or exchange only. 30 days for gifts. No refunds. Receipt not necessary as we keep everything on file.  

~How do I purchase off my account or wishlist?

Book a return client appointment or visit us during browsing hours! You may also email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will email photos of your wishlist. We accept phone orders and always offer free domestic shipping!

~How do I purchase a Gift Certificate?

You can purchase directly from our website (see top of page) or pop by during browsing hours (see booking or services page). You can also call to purchase over the phone. We will ship for free or keep it on file at the shop. 608-630-9294

~Can I purchase something off of my partner's account?

Absolutely! Stop in during browsing hours, book a gift-giving appointment, or email us and we can email photos. We offer free shipping and gift wrapping.
